I provide assistance to buyers and will help them get qualified for a loan, explaining all the options available, like first time buyer assistance programs, or home renovation loans. Once a property is found, I will complete an analysis of the home and help buyers evaluate pricing for an offer.

For homeowners and sellers, I will complete a full analysis of your property to guide you to the best asking price for the quickest sale. I provide full-service marketing assistance, competitive pricing, best marketing strategies, and provide help for owners to get their houses ready for showings. Anyone can get knowledge and certifications, but you gain experience by dedication and application of that knowledge on a daily basis.
